Getting to know each other.
We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at The Bridge a great one!
As you explore our website, you will get an idea who we are and what we’re up to. If you have any questions at all–about The Bridge or what the Christian faith is all about, please feel free to contact us. One of our pastors would be happy to chat with you.
What should I expect?
It’s not always easy to try something new — we get it. That’s why we work hard to make your first time with us as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. From the time you drive onto the campus until the time you drive away, our parking team, ushers and greeters will help you find your way around and answer any questions you may have.
Watch for a sign as you approach the campus designating special parking for our first and second-time guests, as well as those with special needs such as the elderly, new moms, and people with physical challenges.
How early should I get there?
Plan on arriving 10 minutes before the service starts. That should give you enough time to park, check your kids in to their spaces and grab a cup of coffee before the service begins.
What should I wear?
At The Bridge we are very casual in the way we dress — after all, it is Southern California. It’s very common for the teaching pastor to wear jeans. However, you would never feel out of place wearing shorts and flip flops!
I like The Bridge, what’s next?
If you would like to know more about The Bridge, we suggest you attend a DNA class as your next step. The DNA class is usually two sessions — occurring after service on a Sunday (lunch is included so how could you say no?).
